Training starts at 7.30pm on Mondays and 6.30pm or 7.30pm on Wednesdays.
We have a large and enthusiastic road running group. From club competitor to social runner all abilities are catered for. If you want to get into running or you already are a keen runner this is the group for you.
We take part in local races throughout the year including the Ealing Half Marathon, The Perivale 5 and the Osterley 10K. We also run a wide range of cross country races during the winter.
Our training programmes aim to get the best out of you. We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- On Monday we jog out from Perivale track to one of several local hills and run up and down it. Click here to download the current Hill Session schedule. There is also a steady run if you’ve had a tough weekend or are coming back from injury.
- On Wednesdays we do interval training on Perivale track. There are two sessions to suit your timing.
We’re a friendly bunch and there will always be someone there to buddy up with you and make you feel welcome. Come along and try us out!
